The staff were very helpful. I arrived late at night after the checkin window but the staff made sure to send me the proper instructions in advance.

Conveniently situated near the Zero Point lifts, I found myself drawn to the slopes of South Point for snowboarding, so the bus ride to South Point was a frequent choice. The ski room at the hotel was excellent, complete with lockers and dryers.
