The staff are very helpful, the restaurant and bar food/drinks very good and staff were lovely.
We had a small issue that was handled swiftly and fairly and received a lovely unexpected complimentary desert and wine for the inconvenience which was such a pleasant surprise.

The room was spacious and elegant, and quiet. Bathroom also spacious and well-equipped. Excellent housekeeping. Bed very comfortable. We enjoyed a visit to the jacuzzi on the roof, though one “pool” was chilly and the other could have been warmer. There are some lovely spaces for guests to gather on the ground floor.
