We love the historic old town and shops, bars and restaurants. The promenade next to the marina and porta Pi shopping centre. the Block house restaurant was excellent here. The went on the scenic train to Soller and then the tram to the coast which were blown away by. We could have stayed there much longer with lots of nice restaurants

We stayed in the old town . Easy walking distance to several other areas . Lovely restaurants close by . Took the train to Soller then the tram to Port de Soller . Both well worth the visit . Seller is very quaint , lots of small independent shops to browse & restaurants around the main square . The port area is beautiful

Palma is lovely for a short break, airport is 15 mins on the bus to the city centre. Where we stayed was about a 12 minute walk in all directions to every landmark and the harbour.
Food, drink and transport is a good price. Would recommend Barca Samba boat trip. So many shops to browse and lots of lovely streets for pictures.
Beautiful and will be back.

A small town dominated by the spectacular cathedral but lots of interesting things to do. Just walking around the streets you find something to look at , photograph .admire or to enter a shop. It was a wonderful experience in late February - warm but perfect for a city break. So many nice restaurants & the standard of English was amazing. High end shopping & art shops a plenty - between the restaurants & the shopping -your credit card will be hot. A delightful trip & much better than I expected.

The old town Palma is full of interesting historical sites plenty of gardens to chill in . Seems to have lost its Spanish identity in the tapas bars and restaurants though caters mostly European menu not Spanish you have to search hard for traditional food.

This hotel is ideally located for walking into the old town and the cathedral. The hotel itself is modern, relatively new and has many amenities. The images on Booking.com of the hotel and amenities were accurate but the hotel in actuality was above our expectations. We did not have time to enjoy the many facilities like the swimming pool and spa but we intend to return to this hotel and spend more time in Palma in the near future. Given the many 4star hotels I have stayed in both for business and pleasure this one is pretty much top of the list of good hotel experiences.

Amazing hotel with the nicest staff in Mallorca. Tall dark hair man (I think he was a manager or any other senior staff) was excellent with his service, so nice and so helpful. We received two single beds on our check in, and everyone went above and beyond to change that for us. The hotel is located in very lively street with plenty cafes and restaurant to visit. 10 min walk from the city center and old town, 30 min walk to the beach. Room was tiny but very comfortable, clean with strong air conditioning. Highly recommend
Beautiful boutique hotel in good location in the old town. Huge room for 3 of us. Best breakfast ever for this type of hotel and we have been to a few in Spain. Huge variety of prepared fresh fruit and pastries which looked amazing. Staff very friendly and accommodating to our needs and requests. I had a lovely ‘cake’ and bottle of fizz delivered to our room to celebrate a big birthday which was much appreciated. Also very nice to have the small spa to ourselves for a few hours. Everywhere was beautifully clean.
This beautifully renovated boutique hotel is in keeping with the historical architecture of the building and comes with a stunning couple of suits and pool with views from the solarium on the top floor — the property is only a 10m walk down to the marina and is surrounded by top restaurants (like the sushi bar “corona” and “el toque”) and is situated at the base of a stairway up to the castle which is a must for the view! The breakfast was also good on the terrace for a modest fee.
This was probably one of the best stays we ever had in a hotel. The location is amazing, with the old town city center around the corner, enough shopping just meters away, and sightseeing possibilities all around. The staff was extremely helpful! they even proactively searched/called to make restaurant reservations during new years eve. We could not have asked for better service or accommodation. You should definitely consider booking your stay at Can Cirera, you will not regret it!
The location of this hotel is perfect, in the center, walking distance to pretty much everything. As Mallorca is an island of beaches and you probably will rent a car, they can provide a garage also, which is cheaper then parking in a public garage and more convenient. The rooms are spacious and clean and the style is amazing. The hotel is inside an older building, so it mixes modern with the old with just the right balance. The staff is very nice and accommodating.
Everything was great! The room, staff, pool area and even the breakfast was exceptional. The view was amazing and the restaurants nearby were awesome. Many places were in walking distance but even if we did not want to walk, taxis were available in front of the hotel at all times at very good rates/prices. My significant other and I truly enjoyed our experience and would most definitely stay here again when visiting Mallorca.
the 2 managers of the hotel were both knowledgeable, about the neighbourhood and gave me excellent directions and tourist advice. The room was clean convenient the perfect size for a single traveller. I shared a bathroom -- it was clean, newly renovated shower with good temperature control and pressure. The bathroom very close to my room. The Hostal Pons is in older building with many common rooms.
Good location in the city of Palma. Nice view from balcony over the city and the harbor. Breakfast was okey, not the best but okey according to Spanish standards. Pool was great. Very calm pool area, we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Easy to get taxi outside of the street and close to both Cala Mayor and Bendinat beach. Rooms was very clean beds comfy. Like this hotel!
The breakfast is amazing. The service is however not 5 star worthy. Dinner is great as well, the staff is doing their best but could be a bit more attentive.
The rooms are spacious with a big bathroom. The shower stinks unfortunately.
Overall, the hotel should provide more info on prices of the mini bar and drinks at the bar and restaurant. I never once saw a drinks menu.
Beautiful hotel! This place was exquisite. Fantastically located right around the corner from the cathedral in the Old Town with access to amazing restaurants. They really have done a brilliant job converting this once historic home into a boutique hotel that has retained its charm & elegance. The staff were amazingly friendly & helpful & our room was beautiful.

Perfectly located modern hotel with magnificent view to Palma harbor. Just a short walking distance to the old town and cathedral. a lot of bars and restaurants nearby, small shop just around the corner. The room was small but comfortable and clean. Highly recommended for city break as well as for longer stay.
I loved the location and the ambience of the hotel. the gardens were lovely and whether you ate in or out you could smell the roses and look out into the garden and the sea. the staff were absolutely wonderful. they could not do enough for you. It felt like 5 star service. I would stay there again.
It is truly a fantastic hotel. Once you step off the street and into the hotel it is like you are entering another world. The front desk staff and the barman were so friendly and helpful. It is in the best location for shopping and the old man.
Nice location, easy to reach both by bus and car. Close to the seaside, 20 minutes away from Palma de Mallorca city centre by bus. The apartment was nice overall and the backyard is lovely. Staff was super friendly and welcoming!
The breakfasts at this hotel were really good. The restaurant situated on the 7th floor was fine dining at its best. Great food, service and not too expensive. Location was also good for getting around the city on foot.
