All the staff were friendly and helpful. Well located for the centre: Cathedral, S Martín, Plaza Mayor. Good breakfast. Interesting building (though our room did not have any Mudéjar features). Comfortable beds, with a good range of bedding. And a bath, as well as a shower. We enjoyed our meal in the restaurant, which was good value and in a lovely old room.

Hotel La Casa Mudejar is very well positioned in the city centre pedestrian area, very close to Plaza Mayor and the Cathedral. Free wi-fi was good. Staff were helpful. The bed was comfortable enough. Air conditioning was not noisy. Breakfast was OK.
We stayed for 3 nights and loved it! We were fortunate to have a room with a terrace overlooking the valley and Alcazar. It was an easy walk to the Catedral, Aquaduct, and Plaza Mayor. We had a secure car space in the hotel garage. Breakfast was a substantial buffet. The room was comfortable.
Finding the hotel. The directions should read. Drive to Plaza Mayor. Park ask then Walk! Sat nav cannot do
narrow twisty turns in antique areas! They re-parked our car for us closer for next morning!
The view over the hills was absolutely lovely and I would definitely choose a similar room again. The room itself and the beds were not especially large but we found them comfortable. The staff were delightful, friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the old part of the city near the walls and it is lovely to walk around and only a short distance from the Plaza Mayor.
The location was excellent and it was a very short walk to the Alcazar and to the Plaza Mayor.
The apartment was very spacious, charmingly decorated and had very good amenities.
The host was outstanding and extremely helpful and thoughtful. On check in, she provided a very thorough tour of the apartment, with all necessary information about the appliances.
The beds were extremely comfortable.
The hotel is located in the centre of everything, close to the bus to the train station, close to the main walking street, the aquaduc and the Plaza Mayor. The hotel has a lot of charm and the staff has been super kind.
this is more like a 4-5 star hotel !! It is a lovely old palace with a great bar (fantastic free tapas with your drink) a nice restaurant underneath. The staff were lovely and our room spotlessly clean and newly renovated. Lovely roof terrace to sit and relax and just 5-8 mins walk to the Plaza Mayor - great to watch the world and again free delightful tapas at some of the bar/restaurants. The Aquaduct is magnificent and a short walk down the hill
Huge room and huge bed with great character, the bathroom was lovely too! We had a balcony on the Delegación de Haciendas, lovely building.
The hotel is located in a great part, close to Plaza Mayor but in a quiet area.
3 buses leave from just in front of the hotel to go to Acuaducto.
Staff was kind, welcoming and helpful. We recommend this place to stay!
Really lovely hotel right near Plaza Mayor and the Cathedral. Great location.
The jotel is really clean and beautifully decorated. A really gorgeous, small bar leads out into a quaint garden with beautiful views.
The view fron our room was fabulous and we were treated to a stunning sunrise with 2 huge balloons and baskets rising over the landscape.
Eating out in Spain is a real pleasure. In Segovia the suckling pig is particularly memorable.
