Amazing location. A little difficult to find as had to go through a small archway which had a no entry sign and words in Spanish which I could not easily translate as it was dark . Luckily there was a policeman nearby and I asked him.
Beautifully presented inside. Room large and comfortable. Bathroom large and well equipped. Staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel with great facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Hotel is very close to the walls of the city making it convenient to walk them.
Breakfast was really good, with plenty of choice.

The room was comfortable, clean and well laid out. It was close to all major sights in Ávila, as well as supermarkets and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though we arrived late on our bicycles having ridden through a rainstorm, they kept the desk open for us and even helped carry our bags up to the room which we appreciated greatly. Our bikes could be securely stored.
