All staff were exceptional. Genuinely welcoming, of good humor and very professional. For example we got on the service elevator in error and when the elevator descended instead of rising a cleaning lady got on with a big smile, took us back to the lobby level, led us to the correct elevator and off we went! Also the rooms were large and very comfortable. Without a doubt the best night’s sleep of our 10 day trip.

The hotel is clean and rooms are stylish. It's located in front of a beautiful green park so you wake up and go to sleep by looking at mountains and the parlk. Breakfast is decent.

Hotel Leyre is in the best possible location, in my opinion. It is on a side street from Avenida Carlos III, a street which offers plenty of shopping and a few minutes walk from the older part of town and Plaza del Castillo, which is a charming area with numerous places to eat, drink and shop as well. The room was simple but modern, comfortable and spacious. My room had a view to the back of the building and was super quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful I did not have Breakfast or dinner there, so cannot comment on that. There was a convenient grocery store across the street. Overall, this place was excellent given the unbeatable price.
