Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and tidy in all areas. Good value breakfast. Nice common area on top floor with comfortable sofas and great view over the city. Very convenient location right on Gran Via and close to Callao metro station, Sol, etc.

This Egyptian temple was interesting, but at the time I visited there was no water in the moat, and guards had to keep people from crossing it to get to the temple, because the number of people allowed at any given time is restricted. Entrance is free, and I waited about an hour to finally go inside.

Great experience. Big-sized room, perfect for a few nights. Clean, quiet and very comfortable bed. Staff were amazing. Late checkout could be organised for an extra fee, which was perfect. Great local area, close to metro and other public transport options, also walking distance to Plaza de España, parque del Oeste etc. Lots of local great cafes and restaurants around. Definitely recommend.
