The staff was friendly. Walking distance to restaurants and the historic part of the city. We enjoyed the rooftop pool. My son liked the gym.

We spent nearly all day there, exploring the pleasant sculpture gardens, the stunning museum and the two studios Miro worked in.
There's a nice café in the garden for drinks and food, and a good shop.
The number 46 bus to the Foundation costs 2 euros, from the Plaza de Espana (get the 47 back to town). It takes about half an hour each way.
