Good location near Atocha station and the royal park. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice room, very comfortable bed. Excellent soundproofing as even though interior room we didn’t hear a thing!

The staff were absolutely wonderful, from the reception staff to the dining room. They were all so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was also excellent and my husband who is vegan had a specially cooked vegan breakfast every morning.

Lovely large room. For the price, I expected more facilities in the hotel.
The apartment is conveniently located near the Ibiza metro station and close to the Parque del Buen Retiro. There are a number of nice restaurants nearby.
The host is nice. The flat is somewhat old but clean, and it's a good compromise if you are travelling solo and plan to explore Madrid on a budget for a few days.
