The location of the property is great; it is near all the main attractions. The room is neat and clean. Since our flight landed early, we got an early check-in, and the receptionist was really helpful and sweet. I will definitely stay here again.

I love the location! Perfect to see so many places by foot! I love the hospitality of the staff! This was my highlight. The warmth and attention is top notch. I’d like to give a special mention to Jimena. She was absolutely awesome. I had issues with my box and I needed to call the airline and file a case and she was just absolutely amazing. Albert was also great. Helped with weighting my luggage and ensuring I had a smooth check out! Another thing I absolutely love was the hotspot! This made my life and settling down easier. Even though I had an eSIM, I did not have to worry about data for the first few days of my Europe trip! The roof top is also amazing!!! You get a panoramic view of Barcelona. The breakfast was great too. Loved that eggs were made to your preference. The happy hour time in the evening, fantastic. Met a few people and we had a good chat! Anything you need is just an ask away!! When checking out, I noticed a lot of people that checked in were returnees. This just tells you how amazing this place is and I highly recommend. I would definitely be staying here again.

The location is amazing! The metro is nearby, just under an hour from the airport. Walking around was fantastic, gorgeous architecture, nice restaurants, shopping mall, supermarket nearby.
I had a small balcony which was gorgeous to sit and relax in the evening, the room was a nice size and the bath/shower was excellent. I was so comfortable within the room and access to a safe put my mind at ease with my important belongings

Rooms were really nice and clean. The windows would open, so you could get fresh air in. The hotel itself was gorgeous, with the swimming pool on the roof. Location was great, right in the old town. Close to the zoo, train station, 20 min walk to the beach. Breakfast was not included and was 14 euros per person. You could get breakfast right around the corner for much less money. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
