The hotel is very well kept, it has the impression of a business hotel - expansive lobby and restaurant, ambient music piped into the corridors. The pool is very small and cold (assume it isn't heated) so it is refreshing on a hot day. Bathroom in room particularly nice, lots of toiletries provided which is handy if you've forgotten anything or travelling light.

On arrival we handed our car keys to the bellman and he parked our car for us and collected it again on departure which was very convenient for us. The hotel is well located within short walking distance to the most popular sights and there are plenty of great restaurants close by. We highly recommend the roof top bar which serves great food and drinks. It's a nice way to end a busy day on the top of the hotel with a great view over Seville.

It was nice to be upgraded to a nicer room; most importantly: it was quiet, as we had requested. Staff were friendly and helpful.
