We had a wonderful welcome from the brilliant Reception team. They gave us excellent recommendations for eating out and shopping, plus we appreciated their greetings whenever we returned to the hotel. We found all the staff friendly and professional. We loved our room and the location of the hotel met our needs extremely well. The pool is spotlessly clean, lovely to swim in, and the views from the terrace are fabulous!

Location excellent, close to cathedral, alcazar and in a beautiful old part of town with plenty of places to eat. We were given a room upgrade and the room was very spacious with our own terrace with sun loungers and chairs. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows. A generous supply of toiletries. The cleaner made the room up daily and it was spotless.
A great recommendation from reception for our last night for dinner.
