The location of the property is excellent. 5 minutes drive to The Mall of Arabia where you can get groceries from Spinneys or Seoudi. Petrol station 2 mins down the road too.
It's peaceful and quiet which I really needed, and the rooftop garden was a blessing to have to play and sit in.
The owner is very kind and helpful, was available during his working hours whenever we needed him too.
This is my second stay at Al Manzel Sheikh Zayed and it's still a great option. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is very good. It's next to Waslet Dahshur Road which is full of cafes and restaurants and it's also close to Mall of Arabia, WOC and all main attractions in Sheikh Zayed and the surrounding areas. The room is comfy and in good condition.

The Location is very good & close to the Mall of Arabia, Mr. Esam & his brother are super friendly and helpful.
The Room is very clean & they are taking care of the details.
When i visited the Villa they were doing reinuvation & the whole front elevation was under work in progress, so Mr. Esam upgraded my room just for that and to make me feel relaxed.
