Everything was great , from the beginning at the reception. Everything was planned, and we got the rooms early . The food is amazing. There is a big variety 😋 . There are more than one restaurant u can choose between them . The housekeeping is so clean and helpful. We were in rooms 501 and 508, and the view was great . The hotel is so clean . The crew is so professional and friendly , the beach is amazing , clean , Cristal clear . The animation team is so friendly and funny . There will always be something to do in the hotel u won't be bored . I would specifically thank " MR Mohammed moawad, Mr Ibrahim bakr , Mr Hossam at the fish bar , Mr wessam at the lobby bar , and everyone who I didn't got the chance to keep there names " I recommend this hotel to those who want to have an amazing holiday ❤️

visited the hotel this August. It was a good 10 days which gave us unforgettable memories. I have visited many (4 in total) Beach albatross properties and have a good understanding of the group. Without underestimating this one, I think it needs quite a few improvements in the entertainment, more variety in the weekly menu and better staff training. The criteria I put is in comparison with the neighboring jungle Aqua Park and it is No.1 in my preference
