We loved everything about this hotel: absolutely lovely and helpful staff, comfortable, stylish and quiet room with a breathtaking view over Copenhagen, good food and a great location. We travelled for our wedding and felt really well taken care of with a welcome gift and a room upgrade, plus everyone was extra nice to us. We will be back!

Friendly and helpful staff, compact rooms, very practical cubicles in showers (with loads of hangers and shelves), cozy and clean, extra towels provided in the sauna, cheap drinks in the relax zone (compared to local prices). We got extra duvet as the room seemed a bit cold to us. They also provide extra heaters upon asking. We were allowed to change the hub to the upper one after the first night of our stay (they were all full on the day of our arrival, so we had the bottom one - which is great too, but we just wanted to try the other one too :) ).

The space is lovely. It nicely furnished in pure danish design. It gives you this homey feeling and make you feel at ease immediately.
It was clean, compact, accessible and quiet . The shower was excellent and utensils stocked up well, decent fridge freezer too . Location is excellent as there is a mini supermarket just metres away and a great bakery opposite the min supermarket. You are 5-10mins walk max to Østerport station where you can get the metro to the city centre in 5mins and the DSB train to Helsingør, Kronborg Castle in 30mins
Easy check-in, calm place, friendly and helpful personnel. Close to Österport station. Nice little amenities in common area. Fridge and city guide in room.
