Large family room, basic but had everything and great value. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Kids loved the table football in the reception area. First time using a&o hostels should definitely use again.

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, as was all the communal areas, my thanks to the cleaners who do their work very well. The location of the hotel was perfect for the city centre, a 20 min stroll into town of 5 min the underground. When I arrived I was greeted warmly by the staff and were helpful in looking after my bag till check while I went for a walk into town.

Good location with very good public transport links close by. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating,providing us with a room upgrade on arrival and the beds were extremely comfortable after a hectic day

I know it's advertised as budget but this hotel is more like a prison cell.
