The hotel's location is excellent for those visiting the exhibition center, with just a 5-minute walk to the East entrance of the exhibition (Messe Ost). The breakfast was very good, and the room was spacious and well-equipped. Overall, the hotel is well-maintained and looks great.
I also appreciated the Bock restaurant within the hotel, where I dined twice; the staff was very attentive, and the food was delicious. Upon arrival, which was very late (after 10 PM following a long journey), I assumed I'd have to settle for a sandwich from the gas station across the street. However, the receptionist was exceptionally kind; he called the Bock restaurant and arranged for me to have dinner even at that late hour, when the restaurant was normally closed. I greatly appreciated this gesture!
Overall, it was a very positive experience with this hotel.

The room was comfortable, the breakfast was great (a very good selection) and we enjoyed having a drink at the Irish Pub.
The short distance to the ZAG Arena was the reason we picked the hotel.
The location was great for U-train access, a local shopping mall and 30 min walk to ZAG arena. Also across from the hotel was an Irish Pub with great vibe. For €10 the breakfast was very good and you can't beat that price.
The hosts are a very friendly family that made me feel very welcome. Thank you for everything!
I visited Hannover because I went to a concert at the Zag Arena and the accommodation is at a walking distance from the venue. Just perfect!
The only reason I chose the hotel was the location near to the Zag Arena and Messe. I only stayed for 1 night and it was okay for that. Room was clean and staff at the reception were nice and helpful.
