If you are looking for a quiet place, then this is the right location (very little traffic, right in the forest) and still close enough to the city of Bielefeld. Laura (hotel staff) was an excellent host. Breakfast was great. The hotel was clean. Comfortable bed.

This is the third time I stayed at this hotel, just for one night while traveling between Berlin and France. No frills, but very clean, quiet and comfortable. On site restaurant is good and easy after a long drive. The breakfast buffet is very good too.

We chose this hotel specifically because Booking.com showed us that there was a restaurant with dinner and breakfast. When we arrived after 11 hours of driving, we were told that the restaurant was closed and there was a 15 minute walk to the center where we could find something to eat. Also, there was no breakfast, which meant that we had to go to the local supermarket (where the coffee machine was broken) to get a couple of buns to eat on the go.

We only travelled into the hotel and didn't leave the hotel until the Sunday morning when we returned to our own home, so only travelled from the Autobahn to the hotel and then back out to the Autobahn, so we didn't see Bielefeld at all.

It is ok to be there only when we have not other options and next thing is that i had booked it the same day and according to the facilities provided price was too much so my family left after 2 days.Most basic things like soap ,towels, brushes and even warmwater for baby was not provided after asking several times. In nutshell i can say zero facility only room provided for 78euros per night and nothing else. My family was able to sleep properly because of comfortable bed that was the only facility. I threw my money into dustbin.

The pedestrian city centre access makes it a pleasant area to stroll around the shops, bars and restaurants. With bus and tram transport facilities available, it is a bonus for local movement. Even with a car, access to the Alte Stadt/Haupt Bahnhoff area was not too difficult with ample parking available.
The hotel is in a stylish old building, nicely decked out in the interior. Everything is clean and well maintained, as far as I could tell. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Very convenient to the Hauptbahnhof (train station), which is only 100 m away. Nevertheless, with the window closed the noise from the station was not at all a problem.
The room was overall very nice and clean. The bathroom was very modern and it looked all nice. They have a restaurant attached to the hotel, which has some really nice food and breakfast options and some drinks in the evening. The cleaning staff was great and really nice and I thought the room was very clean.
Hotel looks a bit shabby on the outside - but the room was actually quite nice. Nothing luxurious, but very good value for money. Very clean, bed was comfy. While the location is right in the middle of the city, my room was quiet. Great access to central railway station and the main bus hub in Bielefeld.
Just use the check-in machine.the reception open at 5 pm. If you arrive earlier.maybe you can’t stay your luggages or bags in the hotel,because you can’t enter the hotel.they just depend on machine no services at all.the staff lack of regard.
The staff was friendly and unobstrutive. The hotel is located 5 minutes from the GB headquarter, which is a huge bonus. They had a garden which seemed very nice. I haven't had the breakfast, but a breadroll on the go and it was all right.
The location of the Hotel is absolutely perfect , especially for people that travel by rail.The cleanlyness was outstanding.
