The location is great. You can walk to the Main train station, and just take a speed train to the airport or anywhere else in Europe, and it's near the shopping area and restaurants. Also, near to the tram station where we could catch a tram to our convention venue at SAP Arena.
This was a real gem of a place, for staying to visit the Sap arena, although not close by it was walkable on on the bus route, the apartment was very clean and well equiped a comfortable night we were so pleased with the accommodation everything was 5 star..
Parking was just outside and it was a quiet neighbourhood.
excellent location! SAP Arena, city center- everything is close to hotel! We had tickets to concert in SAP Arena, and young man in reception explained us all the possibilities how to get there, even that we had free tram tickets included in ours concert tickets! We didn’t knew this and young man at reception (pitty, I dont asked his name) was very kind and friendly and told us about it! Friendly staff, clean, comfortable hotel!
-Breakfast was satisfactory, I'd give it 8/10 for a hotel of this dimension.. you had all the basics covered.

- if you are here for an event in SAP Arena and you travel by car, this is near the arena and good solution for accomodation
Very convenient location, easy to take the urban transportation (ex. Line 6 to airport or SAP Arena) and to get there by feet from the main station. The room had two beds which were of different comfort (according to your liking) but could fit 2 people both. The room was very large and clean. For the money, best value in the area. There is also a bar where you can get a fair drink during your stay.
last minute booking (6pm on the day), reception was closed but a super nice guy appeared within 2minutes and delivered the fastest check in ever. Basic, warm, quiet location, perfect for SBahn to SAP Arena. Close to
main station.
