The room was well equipped and well cleaned and supported. The hotel is beautifully placed for travel to all the main sights especially by tram from the doorstep. Local restaurants also excellent.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
We were using it as a base to go to the Euros and the location was just what was needed.
The room was really big and comfortable.

I usually do not leave opinions, because in most cases the assessment of the stay depends on the price of the stay, the cleanliness of the facility and the quality of customer service and it is always a compromise.
However, this time I will make an exception.
The hotel turned out to be helpful after booking was unable to help me find accommodation after a canceled reservation due to an error in their system.
After spending an unproductive 4 hours on the phone with the booking service, I managed to organize a stay in this hotel on my own.
The hotel is located in the center, I had no problem with parking, the room is aesthetic, clean, of a good standard. And the receptionist named Yeniyapan turned out to be helpful.
the niu Cobbles is situated in Essen, just steps from the city garden, the Essen Philharmonic, the Alto-Theater, Folkwang museum and the Glückaufhaus.

Location is good it’s close to Essen central station. Staff were so polite and chatty.
They had an incentive to save on cleaning by offering a drink if you placed a sign outside to not clean the room, thought this was a great idea as we didn’t need it cleaned everyday.
