Staff throughout the hotel were amazing: friendly, attentive and professional. The room was very clean, very well-appointed and very comfortable. The location is excellent! I arrived late just as the kitchen was closing. They made sure that I got my dinner then signed me in.

The infinity pool, indoor pool and sauna are great for relaxing with poolside service and impeccable view
. The breakfast has lots of variety and tasty. There are lots of options on eggs and tea. The dinner was also great. Very good location to walk to the old town or to the park nearby. Walking distance to train station.

The location is at the center of town and very easy to access when coming from far, the carpark is very close. The extra price for the carpark was cheap in comparison with some other hotels.

We were in the room to sleep. Trier has such a happily, combustible cultural history: a. Roman ruins and huge engineering feats. b. amazing churches such as the St. Paulin rococo church. c. Karl Marx house. We also found excellent restaurants and shopping. Welcoming, kind people.
