Set up of the breakfast was great. Various choices and each day had a few new options. Staff kept the area clean, without disturbing the guests.

Location and the Host. Location is best to reach Hannover Fair Ground . Good Indian Restaurant Called Raj nearby if any Indians are travellong. Best friendly host one can find in foreign country.
Nice and tidy hotel 5 mins away from the Hannover Fair..breakfast was amazing and with all you may expect. Plus is the garage where you can leave you car just behind the building.
Location was perfect for the Hannover Fairground, which was a 20 minute walk. Quiet neighbourhood. Basic accomodation, but that is reflected in the price, which is very reasonable. The service by Joachim at check-in was excellent - very friendly.
Perfect distance to the Hannover fair. Walking distance 10 minutes. Free parking by the house so very good combo. Very silent rooms in the night even though main street only 200 meters away with trolleys and busy traffic. All *very*clean. Very service-minded house owners.
Breakfast was basic, but as expected in a Bed n Breakfast. The room was very clean. The owner provided me a paid drop to the Hannover Fair as Taxis were all delayed. Kind of him.
