**Cleanliness**: The hotel was very clean, which created a positive impression upon arrival.
**Reception**: The reception staff was excellent and helpful, providing me with all the information I needed with a smile.

Very helpful reception staff. We arrived a day earlier than planned and were accommodated and given a room for the extra night with no problem!
Room was lovely, very modern and bed very comfortable and huge!
We spent quite a bit of time relaxing in the Level Lounge as we had just arrived after a long trip from Australia.
Staff there were lovely and often asked if there was anything we needed or they could do for us.
Even though not in the main tourist section of Frankfurt ( which I was aware of when booking) the old town and other sites were easy to get too as there was a U Bahn stop just down the road.

The breakfast was amazing, the rooms were clean and well equipped, the staff were all very helpful, efficient and friendly. Although no on site bar or restaurant, there were many within a few minutes walk, and even umbrellas to borrow.
