Staff were very accommodating. Location and atmosphere of this place are virtually unmatched! Breakfast was great, staff had no problem delivering it to the suite and were right on time. Jacuzzi was really nice in sunny weather and private setting (private garden) and the pleasant staff were very accommodating in preparing it for us and, honestly, in all of our wishes they were just very helpful. This is mostly aimed towards being a residence (long-term stays), and despite the fact that we only stayed there for one night, the stay/staff were impeccable. The residents of the place that we ran into were pleasant and chill. There were some nice supercars parked in the lot which I assume belonged to them.

Fabulous central location, close to a grocery shop, restaurants etc. Walkable distance to all the attractions we visited, so saved on public transport. The rooms are very generous, immaculately clean, toiletries of good quality are provided as well a bottles of sparkling water. Staff were helpful and curtious. Didn't have breakfast or dinner at the hotel, so can't review that. Hotel is not cheap but you get what you pay for, i.e. a bit of luxury. Would stay there again and recommend to friends and family.

Our room on the second floor has a beautiful view of the Old Bridge. The room has a king size bed. There was no refrigerator available and also no coffee and tea facilities. The furnishing is old-fashioned, but most likely the hotel will call it; vintage. The armchairs were completely sagging.
The location is very nice, just a few minutes Walk to the old Bridge. The hotel is surrounded with many restaurants and bars. It is quite convenient. The double room is very large and well equipped with a refrigerator and Bügeleisen. There are all Thinge in the bathroom that a woman needs.
Great view of the Old Bridge and the river. Enjoyed sitting by the open window and watching the boats and the people. Very convenient to everything. Apartment was very clean and comfortable.
We had room 342 with great views of the old bridge and the Neckar river. Beds are comfortable and whilst at night the noise in front of the hotel is not too much, closing the windows may keep the room too warm for your comfort. We had a great stay for a weekend.

Location was great. Walking distance to the old town and the main shopping street and the major sights - Old Bridge, Heidelberg Castle, Christmas Markets. Apartment was big and cosy and host was friendly. She met us upon arrival to hand us the keys and show us the apartment. We enjoyed our 2 nights' stay in the apartment. Heating was sufficient too.
This hotel is in a perfect location, right beside the Old Bridge over the Neckar river, very picturesque, lots of ambiance with good bars and restaurants all around. Sebastian, our host, was very charming and helpful and gave us a good deal for our room plus breakfast. He also ordered a taxi for us to return to train station when we were leaving.
The hostel is located 15-20 mins walk from the castle and 5-10 mins walk from the old bridge and all the nice restaurants and cafes. The staff are super friendly, helpful and welcoming. The place was all clean, and sanitized (there are hand sanitizers in all the common areas). The decoration in the rooms, toilets, kitchen, etc. is very unique (paying attention to every single detail). I enjoyed my stay a lot and would definitely come back :)
