We recently stayed at this hotel as a group and overall had a pleasant experience. The communication with the hotel prior to our arrival was excellent, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, we were not informed that the bowling alley was closed due to maintenance, which was disappointing. Additionally, during our stay, a large portion of the hotel was reserved for a group of young German soccer players. This meant that certain areas were off-limits, and their noise levels at night were quite disruptive. While I would recommend the hotel for its overall quality, the lack of communication regarding these issues left a negative impression.

Surrounded by woods, 15 minutes’ drive from the Golf Club Harrachov and the Souš Reservoir, Hotel Lesní Chata is situated 20 metres from a ski slope.

Petra was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding about the balcony, but she tried to do her best to solve. Very nice house, beautiful surrounding, good location to have trips in the Giant mountains, both Czech and Polish sides.
