I visit the Plaza Hotel from time to time, and every stay is very successful. I really enjoy coming back here. The location is convenient for trips outside Prague as well as visits to the city center. I am very pleased with the service. The always smiling staff, ready to help with any kind of assistance, is definitely a plus. I would like to mention three people here: Lenka, Alina, and Jan. THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL WAS VERY GOOD. RECEPTIONIST "ANEL" WAS VERY INTERESTED. SHE GIVEN A LOT OF INFORMATION ABOUT THE CITY. EVEN IF THERE WAS NOT BREAKFAST WHEN I MADE THE RESERVATION, "ANEL" CALLED IN THE MORNING AND TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS FREE BREAKFAST AND MADE A NICE JESTURE. WE SEND OUR THANKS.
