Clean, tidy, efficient staff. Good reception. Ok breakfast, satisfactory by international standards, arguably average by Prague breakfasts. Once you work out the tram system ( fines are given if you do not follow the strict rules & no ticket office at the tram station or a ticket machine).

On one hand, the hotel was clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. However, the photos don't reflect reality. The quality is adequate to the price. Unfortunately, this is not a positive. On one hand, there is an additional lounge bar included in the price where you can have coffee, wine, and everything is included. On the other hand, there was a fly floating in the wine carafe. At breakfast, the bottle labeled "olive oil" contained sunflower or perhaps rapeseed oil. Breakfast was very poor in terms of variety and taste. The hotel seems stuck in the 90s. After the stay, there is a feeling of dissatisfaction.
We canceled our second night and moved to another hotel. If you don't mind minor shortcomings, of which there are quite a few, you will be satisfied. However, if you're going on vacation to stay in similar or better conditions, look for another hotel.

Very cute hotel in the heart of Prague. 10 min drive from the main station. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially Veronica and the gentleman who used to greet us every day around evening. Great value for money. Cozy and clean room. Would definitely recommend.
