Location is amazing, few minutes walk to east gate for the Park and very close to Wulingyuan Bus Station. The owner can speak very good English and staffs are very friendly. They offer ticket booking for the National Park, Glass bridge and Tianmen Mountain. Very good service.

Very smooth check-in and check-out and a clean room. The hostel is a walking distance to the Tianmen mountain shuttle, the main bus station, and many local restaurants. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie. Thank you Peipei for being such a friendly and helpful host!

The hotel is closely located to the Tianmen mountain cable car station. You can go there by foot within 10 minutes. The owner was very friendly and did his best to make our stay as pleasant as possible. He also gave us thorough advis on our planned daytrips.

A cozy gem in the heart of downtown, our stay here was super nice.The staff were incredibly kind, providing us with all the information we needed for our trip to Tianmen Mountain, Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. They helped us arrange transportation and booked our entrance tickets. Highly recommend this hotel for their warm hospitality and excellent service

The Zhangjiajie Wangyi Inn is very cozy and is located in the very center of Zhangjiajie. The manager and the staff are extraordinarily helpful and kind. They helped me with useful information and advice about Zhangjiajie National Park, Tianmen Mountain, tickets, transport and more, and they were very attentive hosts at the hotel. I felt so welcome all the time, and I had a very enjoyable stay.

Location ! location ! It is only 2 minutes walk from Tianmen mountain cable car station. Walking distance to train station and bus station as well. I liked the welcoming environment of this hotel. the Hotel room was clean and Well decorated, There was beautiful Yard was inside the hotel. Lastly just a few steps outside from the hotel road you can find many food and local restaurants.The staff is so kind and helpful. they gave us water whenever we asked.Strongly recommend.

I love everything about this place. Location was great. The staff has been so helpful, helped us book the entrance tickets before we get there and guided us how to visit the park. They have a lot of info about the Park,Glass bridge and Tianmen mountain. It was excellent for planning trip in Zhangjiajie

The room was beautiful, big and clean. The bed very comfortable. Jerry helped me with everything i needed, buying tickets, explain which bus to take. He was always trying to help me to get the places i want. The hotel is one block away of the bus station fro going to the park and 5 block away to tianmen mountain cable car. Very convenient location. Have a great time here, thanks!

Miss Zhu Hui is by far the best host i ever had in my life. Amazing hospitality and very proffessional approach. Hotel is great and on perfect location. Anything you need she will arrange for you. Mark: 10!!! She gave me perfect plan to visit Zhangjiajie National park, Tianmen mountain and Yellow Dragon Cave. All done in 3 days. Delicious warm meals before and after long hikes and tasty local fruits were always ready for me. Do not look for any other place - Book it now!
