If anyone is looking to visit Tianmen Mountain, this place is ideally located. You see the natural arch right infront odbthe honestay. The brand new homestay is hosted by Family Wang who's very kind and generous. Mr. Wang can communicate in English and offer his advice to visit the mountain.They offer pick up and drop off to and fro to the airport, railway station and even to the mountain tourist office, which is only 5 mins from the homestay. We rented a family room which was modern and had enough space for a family of 4. The kids like the place very much. The room had a fabulous toilet and bathroom, which is really modern and spacious. The toiletries, bedding and towels had excellent standards. We had coffee and tea in the room, which was refikked by the hosts on our request. My son had a great time , even enjoyed basketball with Mr. Wang's son who speaks excellent English. We really enjoyed the home-cooked dinner, the best on our stay in Zhangjiajie. The breakfast offered in the morning was great. Overall, it is an excellent location, great hospitality, and a comfortable place to stay for a reasonable price. We highly recommend this place to any guest who wants to visit Tianmen mountains.

Owner was extremely helpful in planning our trip and very accommodating to our needs. She offered to pick us up from the airport despite it being very late and even took us to the airport at the end of our trip. Helped us book our tickets to see major sights and allowed us to do our laundry for free. Hotel room was clean and comfortable.

The location is very convenience. It is close to the central bus station and Tianmenshan.
The room is big and clean, very comfortable. Services is super, the owner helped planning daily trips, depended on weather and time that we had. She went far and beyond to drop us off at Tianmenshan gate, just to make sure we had enough time to enjoy the place. Price value is great!
Jenny the hotel manager was very welcoming and helpful. She speaks English and is very informative about the city and the tourist sites. There's even detailed information on the wall in the lobby. There are also tables to sit at to eat and drink.
The hotel is about 2.5km from the city center and it's close to the cable cars to Tianmen Mountain.
The room was clean when we first entered. It has basic things such as a kettle, glasses, hair dryer, TV and A/C.
Very smooth check-in and check-out and a clean room. The hostel is a walking distance to the Tianmen mountain shuttle, the main bus station, and many local restaurants.
Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie.

The hotel is closely located to the Tianmen mountain cable car station. You can go there by foot within 10 minutes. The owner was very friendly and did his best to make our stay as pleasant as possible. He also gave us thorough advis on our planned daytrips.
A cozy gem in the heart of downtown, our stay here was super nice.The staff were incredibly kind, providing us with all the information we needed for our trip to Tianmen Mountain, Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The Zhangjiajie Wangyi Inn is very cozy and is located in the very center of Zhangjiajie. The manager and the staff are extraordinarily helpful and kind. They helped me with useful information and advice about Zhangjiajie National Park, Tianmen Mountain, tickets, transport and more, and they were very attentive hosts at the hotel. I felt so welcome all the time, and I had a very enjoyable stay.

I liked the welcoming environment of this hotel. the Hotel room was clean and Well decorated, There was beautiful Yard was inside the hotel. I love everything about this place. Location was great. The staff has been so helpful, helped us book the entrance tickets before we get there and guided us how to visit the park. They have a lot of info about the Park,Glass bridge and Tianmen mountain. It was excellent for planning trip in Zhangjiajie
The room was beautiful, big and clean. The bed very comfortable. Jerry helped me with everything i needed, buying tickets, explain which bus to take. He was always trying to help me to get the places i want. The hotel is one block away of the bus station fro going to the park and 5 block away to tianmen mountain cable car. Miss Zhu Hui is by far the best host i ever had in my life. Amazing hospitality and very proffessional approach. Hotel is great and on perfect location. Anything you need she will arrange for you. Mark: 10!!! She gave me perfect plan to visit Zhangjiajie National park, Tianmen mountain and Yellow Dragon Cave. All done in 3 days.
