Amazing location. I was allocated a room facing the 3 tall towers and views towards the river. The reception staff were very very good . They helped with early check in, also helped with making sure the phone I was using could use WeChat! The breakfast selection was good. Staff in the restaurant were very courteous.

It's only selling point is view from Observatory deck at level 118. There are no virtual games or clear class to stand on to give guests the feel of being so high. All you can do is go around in circles, take picture of the view, and you are done.

50 mins walk from the Shanghai Tower.
Century link mall across the road.
Range of restaurants nearby to suit Western tastes.
Good variety at breakfast, very happy with that.
Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Michael and Eric? at reception.
Water available in rooms.
Bed was comfortable.
Wifi was good.
The hotel has a great location, it is very close to the city centre and some of it's major sights. It also has good connections, lying between 2 major metro stations. So I was able to do most sightseeing on foot (except for the Shanghai Tower but that is easily accessible with the metro). Hotel rooms are very nice, beds are large and very comfortable
Located in an area with lots of food and other stores within very short walk. Found Starbucks 3 doors away from the hotel entrance. Also a nice little bar with a narrow outside terrace on floor 3.
Rooftop terrace is very good. Can see Shanghai Tower and other big financial district buildings from it. 10 minute walk to The Bund and waterfront and a further 1.2 kilometers along The Bund to the tourist tunnel under the river to the Pudong side. Walk back with the beautifully lit Bund was well worth doing.
