Facilities are super new (I understand the whole place is), which already makes it stand out. Notable in Shanghai, where even five star hotels tend to have a low degree of maintenance. Soothing interiors with pleasant design, comfy and soft bed (another not given in China), clean towels and nice toiletries provided for free. I hope they keep this place fresh and crisp as time goes by.
AC was never needed, even when outside was chilly. It is very well insulated. Also my room was facing the street, but I could never hear a peep. Slept like a baby.
Staff was nice enough. Hotel manager enquired about how my stay was, In outmost kind manner.
Totally recommended. I would be back, absolutely.
