The staff were excellent, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were readily available to assist with anything, from planning our day to helping with WeChat bookings, arranging taxis, and drivers.
They were kind enough to store our bags while we visited the Great Wall for two nights, which was really convenient.
Breakfast was excellent, offering a great mix of local and international options.

You will not get better hosts around the city. The owners and the workers are incredible and the kindest people we've come across throughout our travels. They will make sure you visit the places you should see around the city and give you great recommendations. The location was incredible, and the area was super nice with wonderful places to eat around, with Xisi station just around the corner, which hosts its own Karaoke night and best mobile dance station ever (you shouldn't miss this). They have snacks for you to have, great cheap beer.
