The rooms were comfortable, clean and had great character that added to our experience. the pool was refreshing and the view was amazing. The onsite restaurant served delicious food, the traditional breakfast was so good. The staff, especially Suzy, so friendly and helpful and added so much value to our holiday. 10/10!

Incredible panoramic views, perfect location and helpful staff. The room we stayed in was very large and had a huge panoramic window with a beautiful view of the mountains, it was so fantastic! The location is about 15-20 minutes from the city center by taxi (I would not recommend walking), but taxis (at least if you use the app) are cheap and the city was not our goal. Our goal was a 10 minute walk from the hotel through beautiful places: the station where the bamboo rafting starts and the rice fields you need to cross to get to the station. The sink is outside the bathroom (i.e. in the room), I find this convenient because you have access to it when the bathroom is occupied.
