The staff was very helpful in English. The facilities are great and new decoration. rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. They upgraded my room with river view as well. The breakfast options are very diverse and plentiful.

Pan pacific Suzhou is located in one of the eight scenic spots in Suzhou , Wu gong, very unique. Hotel staff were friendly , easy access to public transport. Breakfast was dominated by varieties of Chinese local foods.
