We booked resident club king room. Very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Very well maintained and super clean. Convenient - 20-25 min walk to Qianmen and there are a few malls nearby. The staffs at concierge were very helpful in providing directions and recommendations.

Monder confortable, well equipped rooms. It was a really pleasant and confortable stay. Bed and pillows were super comfy, and I really liked the smart toilet too. Shower was also really nice.

Location was excellent with a metro station 5 mins walk away, easy access to Beijing south railway station. Also close to main tourist street and main sites.
Super-friendly host, who speaks very good English. The place gives you an authentic Hutong experience, the courtyard in the middle is unique, same for furniture and layout. Different to many hotel chain stays, this creates memories to last. Metro from Beijing South Railway station is 4 stops and 7min walk only. And in case you wonder, the area is, as all Beijing, totally safe.
The room is clean, large and well furnished. The staff is super friendly. The location is close the Beijing south railway station. The price is reasonable.
