Very convenient to the Metro station!!
Great location in an upscale area. Quick ski holiday to Valle Nevado and La Parva ski resorts for a couple of days and based in “Santiago” to take advantage of the sights and activities.

It’s a very welcoming, silent and calm place to be.
When you arrive from the street you can find peace and a warm environment.
The staff was amazing, helped us anytime we needed assistance and they were always there to talk and have a laugh as well.
The night coffee it’s definitely something to exalt about these hotel, we enjoyed every single night and we already miss it :)

PROS - Central location in the Santiago megapolis with a Metro station only a 1 minute walk away. Please note that this location is in downtown Santiago which is an older area. If you want to stay in the newer modern areas, select Providencia or Los Condes And take the excellent Subway system into the center
Friendly staff including "Fabulous Fernanda". Super comfy bed and cozy, quiet room. Breakfast was basic, but adequate.
My favorite part of my stay at the hUB Providencia was the kindness of the front desk staff. Specifically, Manuel and Alvaro. I had not kept my airport documentation and needed it to not pay taxes at the hotel and also to get to my next travel destination. They went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed and I can’t thank them enough. They were helpful with directions, spoke great English and always greeted me with a smile.
The location of the hotel was excellent for exploring Barrio Italia, Bella Vista, Providencía, and Lastarria. The entire staff was welcoming, friendly, and capable. Breakfast had a variety of options, and all fruits and juices were fresh. The outdoor roof space had a good vibe, the afternoon/evening bar enjoyable, and restaurant food tasty. The pool is simply a dip in and cool off space, waist high, approx. 5x12, no swimming. Nice views of Cerro San Cristobal and the park.
The location of the hotel in Providencia was excellent. Within walking distance to many things, and right next to a metro station for travel to farther destinations. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, and the accommodations were very well appointed. Breakfast was served every morning, but we didn't partake in that so have no comments to offer. Overall, the experience at the hotel was exactly what we anticipated and met all of our expectations. Tip from a local...try the sandwich shop next door to the hotel. They were amazing!
The ubication, at Providencia's center, it's easy to reach almost every place in Santiago downtown, room is very quiet and with a great landscape view (mountains, buildings, etc)
Staff was friendly, location was perfect in the Providencia area, and the common areas such as hip lobby, breakfast spread, refreshing pool, and roof top bar were modern lovely amenities. Hotel private van brought us to and from Borago restaurant, which we appreciated, but the hotel was also in walking distance to local, casual-fare restaurants two streets over.
Small family business, where every little detail is delivered with dedication and passion. I loved the experience with Casa Ribera Hotel Providencia, given that everything is brand new (beds, sheets, furniture...), but on top of all the attention delivered by the staff. Thank you, guys, so much for this amazing experience.
Great to find a 2 bedroom apartment with housekeeping in Providencia. Front desk people were really helpful and friendly. Nice neighborhood, short walk to restaurants at Manuel Montt.
