The staff were fantastic and between my poor spanish, their english and some mime we were able to sort most things. After some heavy rainfall I had an issue with a roof leak and the staff were quick to move me to another room. The room was clean and there were enough shared bathrooms that I never had to wait for one to become available. Breakfast is delicious with eggs made to order and fruit/cereal/yogurt and juice available. The pool and outdoor seating areas are lovely when the sun is out.

Average hotel for the price. It has a good location, within walking distance to the Metro station and Santiago Central Mosque. The rooms are nice and clean, with comfy beds. The breakfast is average, and the staff are very friendly. The staff are also helpful, and one of them speaks English.

This location is really interesting. It is easy to walk around the building, and there are good restaurants nearby. The parking space is perfect and the apartment is comfortable. We also have an equipped kitchen and everything we need for a good stay. From there, it was easy to drive to other locations, and we felt safe.
