The location of this hotel cuts 4 km off the hike to the Torress viewpoint, which is a great advantage.
The staff and service were excellent.
The dinner (included in our accommodation fee) was delicious.
The room is basic for the hotel price.
Overall, despite the hotel being a bit pricy considering the room facilities, I would recommend this place due to the unbeatable location and the staff's kindness.

Decent little hostel located just outside the entrance to TdP national park. It's about a 15-20min walk to the ranger station and the bus stop that takes you to the start of the Base Torres hike. The dorm room was quite small and when full felt very crowded. A basic breakfast is included but you have to pay for other meals, which are quite expensive so bring snacks as a back-up. Bathrooms were adequate and the water pressure was good (incl. hot water). It's a bit overpriced for a hostel, but you're effectively paying for the location so if you're not camping / doing the full TdP hike, then it's a good option for a couple of nights.

Glacier Grey
Glacier Grey’s name may evoke images of a fog-like stretch of terrain, but its 19 km of patches of blue-hued ice should really be the headliner. The bright tinge to this ice-clad landscape dazzle, while icebergs float in jagged, over-sized form across Lake Grey. Intrepid boat passengers can disembark onto the icebergs for a short stroll across the mammoth chunks of ice.

The hotel room provided us with a magnificent view facing the Grey Glacier and the Torres del Paine mountains. There was one fantastic member of the restaurant during breakfast who spoke good English, was welcoming and very helpful. She is in the wrong job...move her to the reception please. She will do a fabulous job.
Perfect location. Beautiful unobstructed view of Lago Grey and the ice bergs coming from Grey glacier.

excellent hotel near Torres del Paine National Park, with friendly staff, cozy and clean rooms, interesting activities offered (horse-riding, Grey glacier,...), healthy and rich breakfast and meals in general, amazing wellness area (2 sauna, heated swimming pool)... it's not cheap, but it's really worth it
Ability to see the mountains and grey glacier from your room window was breathtaking. June and her team were wonderful and able to chat with me in English was brilliant. The wifi was good and strong and the food was also delicious. The calafate sour based on the berries found in the region was thirst quenching. Also the guide Nicolas was polite, careful and warm in taking me on the Mirador Las Torres hike, very much ensure he takes you on hikes.
