Actually absolutely everything was amazing: starting from the room itself, style, the most welcoming personnel to the cutest and cosiest SPA, really tasty restaurant and lobby bar. We stayed only one day/night but we got as welcome as we were a frequent guest and it made us feel on edge! So great thanks to the whole team - you are brilliant!

Great place to stay in Saas Fee. We stayed in a few places over the years, this is now our new favorite place. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, very clean and offer great views of the mountain. In our room, there was a fairly large balcony as well.
The breakfast was great. A good selection of yoghurt, cold cuts, bread and cheeses. There is also an option to get eggs cooked the way you like from the kitchen.
The lodge is fairly easily reachable from the main bus station/parking lot by foot, but there is also an option to get a lift in an electric cart from the owner.

This was a charming town, which can be reached by bus from the train station at Interlochen. It was less crowded than other Swiss towns we visited, and we liked the non-touristy atmosphere. We took numerous gondola rides to the tops of high peaks, including Schilthorn, which took us up to glaciers. There's also a gondola ride right in town that took us to a beautiful view and an excellent playground for young children. We traveled by bus to Lake Mattmark (largest earth dam in Europe) where we saw a beautiful lake and many waterfalls. The town itself boasts many restaurants and shops. My favorite shop was Bergluft, in the center of town beside the modern Catholic church, where I bought numerous handmade gifts.

Overall excellent but did not find the piste marking / maps adequate. As a result it took some time to work the area out. I also feel the village could improve their website and the number and arrangement of webcams. It is way more beautiful than these show

Great 5 star Wellness, located near Hostel 4000, do not miss it. Highly recommended.
Very friendly and helpful staff! It was a pleasure to be there. My brother and I traveled separately, but they made the effort to pick both of us from the bus station. The room was nice, clean, and spacious. The breakfasts were very good. The sauna area was also good. The hotel is conveniently located, maybe 10 minutes from the Aplin Express (a little uphill... you know, as it usually is in the mountains). Definitely, a good choice if you are looking for something small(er) and cozy.
Great location in Saas Fee; minutes walk from everything but in a quiet area. Everyone in the hotel was really friendly. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was excellent. Lovely room and lots of space on the balcony (view slightly blocked by cranes but this is not the hotel’s fault and thank goodness there was no construction noise). We had a great stay.
the breakfast, dinner, the bar were amazing. the staff, facilities and the spa were also fantastic.
The comforters were out of this world, i never slept so well in my life.
This is the first hotel in my entire life I have literally nothing to complain about.
This is a wonderful hotel, restaurant and spa. The facilities, service and amazing attention to detail are all first class. it’s not inexpensive but you get what you pay for.
