When we checked in, Lyn showed us to our room on the 5th floor.
We stay at ADM during our last week of our vacation to Europe. Therefore I spurged on the room.
The room Lyn showed us was not the room I had requested when I made my reservation back in Aug.
Lyn was amazing and quickly turned the rooms around so that we had the room I had wanted. We were very pleased and enjoyed the hot tub and the views for our 6 night stay.

Beautiful property and views. Golf course was in excellent shape (with a trail for non-golfers to enjoy). Restaurant food was delicious and the staff were attentive and nice. Only a 10-15 min drive to downtown Lucerne (but you really never need to leave the property).

Room is decent, location at this new town is good. It's three stops from Lucerne train station by bus. We took bus because luggage otherwise we walked most of time. It's 10 to 15 minutes walking distance to new/old towns, river, and lake.

Great location right at the lake. I traveled from the Lucerne train station to the hotel by bus, and it was very easy. The building is vintage, but the room was very clean. Its restaurant has a fantastic view, and the old elevator was fun to ride (although small space). Overall, it's worth its price.

Easy to collect the keys from the lock box. The instructions are straight-forward. The flat has everything you need - fridge, cooker, washing machine, dryer. Easy to get keys . Vitaly the property manager called me and arranged to meet us at the building entrance. Then he showed us the room and explained everything. He was polite and helpful.

This hotel is within walking distance of the Lucerne train station. It is on the riverbank and there is a lot of restaurants nearby. The view from the room is quite nice: We can see the iconic covered bridge, the lake, and the mountains. The hotel staff were friendly. The receptionist who checked us in led us all the way through several stairways up to our room.
The place was small but comfortable. We had a pleasant stay. There is a kitchen area with a small glass-top stove, microwave, refrigerator and an oven. The kitchen cabinets have a couple of dishes, silverware and utensils. The location is 5 mins walk from bus station. A 10 min bus ride takes you to the Lucerne train station which is a public transportation hub to get connections to everywhere from airport to site-seeing spots.
