Lovely location on the lake. Well appointed room and extremely large bed.
Staff were very helpful especially the concierge. We didn’t try all the restaurants but the food was generally very good. We used the gym a couple of times as well as the spa area. Valet parking that you pay for was very efficient. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the whole place in particular the gym and spa.
In Lucerne, 4.6 km from the KKL Culture and Congress Center Lucerne, the Gasthaus Badhof offers you very spacious rooms with the best comfort.

But the limited working hours of the staff is crazy.
Closing all doors at seven or eight o'clock.

I like this capsule hotel. You don't need to worry about safety. The door is automatic lock when you close it. The bed is comfort. Location is good. I can walk to train station and chapel bridge.

Our initial room was small for the 5 of us so we requested to be moved to a bigger one which they granted. Rachel, one of the staff, is SUPER DUPER NICE and accommodating!! She answered all our questions and assisted us with our needs. This is my second time staying at this hotel and the experience was as lovely as before. hotel is located at the other end of the main bridge across to train station, you can actually see the logo when walking from station. booked room with Chapel Bridge view, so you can take pics of the bridge at night or early morning from a good angle. room facilities bit old, entrance is located at the backstreet - not along the lake, but guess many guests first barge into the hotel restaurant.
