Brand new and modern apartment. Apartment is beautifully decorated and has a scenic view from the balcony. Conveniently located just outside of Interlaken West train station. It was a very comfortable stay. Will definitely stay in this apartment again.
I've asked several questions prior to my visit and the hotel always came back with prompt and helpful responses! The owner of the hotel, a lovely lady, greeted me at the reception and provide great travel advices in Interlaken. The location of the hotel is amazing - less than 10 mins to Interlaken West train station, and around 15 mins to go to the old town (Unterseen). Breakfast buffet includes delicious Swiss bread, cheese, meat slices, and cereals. Highly recommend it!
I really really love their friendly dog, Kai. Honestly made the stay super happy. It is also very near a bus station which can get you to Interlaken Ost. It is also an easy 15-20 minute walk from Interlaken West train station. The hotel gives an overall old rich classy vibe.
The property was very close to Interlaken west train station, easy to walk there even with heavy luggage. The apartment was self checkin and easy to access.
This hotel is easy to find and so close to the Interlaken West train station, we were able to walk everywhere. Our room was on the 4th floor on the side with nice mountain views and able to see the paragliding, we liked it had a lift and breakfast was great. Being on a main road the room was quieter then I expected and at night with the windows and balcony door closed you couldn't hear anything. Great stay.
Location is perfect! Nice quiet area, very close to Interlaken West Train Station (5 minute walk). It's a very good home base exploring the Jungfrau Region. The room is stayed in for 4 nights was very comfortable. Super clean. I slept like a baby. I was in the single room with an external private bathroom. It was perfectly fine walking a few steps to use it. The breakfast is very good. Everyone that works at the hotel are super friendly. I would definitely stay there again.
The hotel is only a few meters from Interlaken West train station. Our room is very spacious and has a balcony with a very nice view of the Alps and a river. There are restaurants, shops, supermarkets as well as souvenir shops nearby. The breakfast selection was good.
Though the check-in time was 3PM, our room was ready by 10AM and the receptionist was quite friendly welcoming us.

The distance of the hotel from Interlaken West train station was 5min walk. But the central train station is Interlaken Ost.
