The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has fantastic views from the deck and breakfast room of the lake. They have a bar on site, so you can have drinks on the deck. They even have light lunch snacks like grilled sandwich or small pizza. There is a small elevator just off the loby big enough for 2 persons and 2 carry-ons. We had the "small" room, but it was still very comfortable. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Ringgenberg-Post bus stop. If you arrive by rail, you can take the 102 bus from Interlaken Ost to save a hefty taxi fee. If the times work out, you can also take a local train (R70) once an hour for one stop from Interlaken Ost to Ringgenberg station, which is a 4-5 minute walk from the hotel

The location facing the length lake Brienz was amazing. The view of the lake was surrounded by only mountains. Unlike other lake front properties, one doesn't look across the lake to the opposite shore, but instead the view along the long axis of the lake is unspoiled by anything. It is located in a suburb of Interlaken called Bonigen. The jetty for the lake cruises is just a few steps away and the Bonigen See bus stop is across the road, which makes it very easy to go into town center with the free bus pass. The hosts made us feel welcome and helped us with anything we needed. We had booked a garden room but we're upgraded to a lake view room with a balcony where one could sit and watch the lake all day long.

Location is just outside the Interlaken Ost train station, the Lauterbrunnen Valley is quick and easy to reach. Room is comfortable and breakfast is filling. Has everything needed in a hotel.
1) Great location near the Interlaken OST train station, a great base location for excursions, 2) wonderful and welcoming staff, both at the hotel and restaurant, 3) great food at the restaurant, including the best cheese fondue we have ever had, 4) the property was immaculate, and 5) we were even upgraded to an apartment without requesting it.
10minute walk from Interlaken Ost train station, the warmest and friendliest staff you will ever meet (thank you ladies for the detailed activities and trips we can do in Interlaken itself!), 5 min walk same side as Harder Kulm and will miss waking up to the most breathtaking view of glaciered valleys and clear lakes! I liked everything it offers to make your stay comfortable; it includes a simple breakfast, you can cook in a well equipped kitchen and eat in a comfortable dining area. Also, the staff is very friendly, the beds are ok, you are given a ticket to get on the local bus, and it has a.good location, near the Interlaken Ost train station, (around 10 min) or you can catch the bus outside the hostel.
Wonderful location across from the Interlaken Ost train station and Coop grocery store. 2 full bedrooms with attached private bathrooms. Kitchen, dining area, and common area separated the bedrooms. Lots of storage space in closets in each of the bedrooms. Staff was wonderful.
Really cute hostel in a historic building just walking distance (10 min) from the interlaken ost train station. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast included was really nice. Beds were comfortable and room was spacious and clean. The views were beautiful from the hostel as well, we saw Jungfrau mountain just outside the window when eating breakfast.
