The size of the room and being able to cool it down to our desire temperature with the AC. Room service was quite prompt and efficient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The protective window shutter made excellent "blackout" besides the drapes.

The room was beautiful and very functional. The bed was very comfortable. Nice touches with snacks provided and water. It was also wonderful that we got our laundry done at no charge!

Amazing location, walking distance to Lake Geneva, Jet d'Eau, the bus station and Cornavin train station. The apartment is located on the top floor and has a nice balcony. Cosy apartment.
The room (twin beds double room) was spacious, clean, the bed and pillows very comfertable, In a very quiet location. Only few tram stations from Cornavin train station. The staff were very helpful!
The hotel is modern and has nice facilities, and the room I had felt spacious and even had a small balcony. The decorations throughout the hotel, especially in the breakfast area, gave it a nice homely feel which seemed to fit well with the theme of the hotel. The hotel is situated in a reasonably quiet area, easily accessible by tram or bus from Cornavin train station, or about 20 minutes on foot.
Clean and spacious room, good location within the centre and optional breakfast served downstairs. Easy access to public transport and short walk from the Cornavin train station.
Hotel is atop a shopping center with access to the Cornavin Train station on the opposite size. #15 Tram line to Nations Plaza is across the street too. Very clean room. TV has selection of English language programs and a free movie station. We preferred to not have breakfast at the hotel, but enjoy the many pastry shops around. It is a convenient location for walking to the train station, waterfront, bus station, tour meeting places, and eateries. The Philip Stark Acrylic chair added a bit of posh to the room otherwise the decor was bland.

I appreciated the free pass for local public transportation. This was very helpful for me to move easily between the Cornavin train station and the airport, both on arrival and departure. The location was very good for getting to the lakeside, and for proximity to the train station.
Location is great! It’s very close to the Cornavin Train Station and lots of shops, restaurants, and public transportation nearby. The breakfast was 20 CHF, and was good, although their is a Starbucks nearby if you just need coffee and a quick bite. The bed was comfortable,but the pillow weren’t very firm. I liked the hotel’s decor, but there is a lot of glass, that may not be safe for children.
The hotel is clean, everything worked more or less (some minor issues with the shower head). Excellent location just right across the Cornavin train station. I would say a solid 3 star hotel, rooms and the restaurant.
