The staff were friendly, accomodating and really helped make it such a special experience. I proposed to my girlfriend whilst we were staying and they really made extra effort to make it memorable including roses and decoration of the room, advice on champagne etc. They have mutliple restaurants on site and the mountain view is stunning!

Location is good, close to the Alpin Express and within walking distance to the kids slopes. Nice view of the mountains. Kitchen was well equipped. Clean. Spacious living room. Make sure to read the special instructions provided by the facility manager as there are some “special rules” in this village when it comes to garbage disposal and some other stuff. I really enjoyed that the whole village is car free.
really good place to stay. Very central, with excellent restaurant. Most of the staff were absolutely lovely, cheerful and helpful. Breakfast was very nice, but disappointing to have to pay extra for an omelette. The skiraum near the Alpin Express was a great asset.

- Very helpful staff, both at reception and the taxi driver - offered a taxi (a small electric car) for pick up and transport within the village.

Great location just above centre of Saas-Fee, easy to walk into centre and down to ski area. I personally walked with skis but there are lockers available at the Alpin express and the local ski bus stops nearby if you didn't want to walk! Recycling area in the Haus Orion :)
Perfect location for skiing - just next to the Alpin Express 1. Super friendly staff. Good choice for the breakfast, comfortable bed and clean room. What else would you need for a skiing weekend
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with a balcony. The hotel is located in central area in Saas-Fee, although some 5 min away from Alpin Express where one can buy ski passes.
Haus Aida is very well situated next to the Alpin Express for glacier skiing. The friendly host lives in property and available as needed. The apartment is fully-equipped, clean, and has comfy beds. Dishwasher pods were very appreciated. They accommodated us on a late checkout which was extremely helpful. Bring your coffee capsules to use in the nespresso machine. All in all - a no-brainer!!
Very nice appartement in Saas-Fee, close to center and Alpin Express. Very spacious bedrooms and good beds! Nice host , when we arrived we could give him a call for pick up at parking place. Super!
