Beautiful and very comfortable and close to many different places to eat. Was very quiet. Once we checked in we received a bottle of water for each of us. Not a big thing but no other place has ever done that.

found it very easy to get around there. the weather is awesome! dont understand why there are so many street people ! have been to vernon many times and find it to be more and more homeless . The restaurants are plentiful and food is good and pricing is pretty well the same everywhere we go ! will definitely return next year .

Horrible stay, room stunk so bad we had to leave. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but we left after one night, we had to sleep on top of the blankets in all our clothes and still woke up with itchy bites all over our arms.
This hotel has bed bugs and is being run into the ground.
Absolutley disgusting, toilet broken and food and hair, blood stuck to the walls.
I was in tears when we left there. They also charged us more than booking.com stated and $100 damage deposit still had not been returned.

This was an incredible disappointment for our stay.
This was an incredible disappointment for our stay. First we booked on line. Were given a price. Then I was charged much more. It took 15 mins for the staff to change the cost and did not do this easily. Then we were not given any soap. The room was dirty and then we had to ask for blankets.. they were not even on the bed. It took 30 min for them to bring them in the evening waiting to go to bed.

We used to live there and loved our time in Vernon. Great getting back to see friends and family. Vernon has a good variety of restaurants and attractions. Since the time we resided in Vernon there is a wonderful trail that follows Kal Lake. The addition of more traffic lights has slowed getting around Vernon a fair amount which will probably be worse come tourist season.

Vernon is a nice place to visit and has lots of shopping if that is what you interested in. Also hiking trails, walking trails and sights to see. Hanging on the beach is also an option. Lots of options.....

We went to golf. Lots of fine courses close by. Unfortunately we left one day early due to the smoke. Loved Vernon. Hated the Riviera Conference Centre. We went down to 30th St. and 30th Ave. Several good restaurants and easily to cab.
I asked for a non-smoking room, but because I had not been to your hotel before, I was worried that the staff might be using scented products. Because I have asthma and allergies, I was delighted that I did not notice any scented products or allergens. I slept very well with no congestion.
Clean towels were placed in the room daily, which was greatly appreciated.
The pool and hot tub area was clean and safe.
The breakfast was good. I loved the old fashioned oatmeal.
The location was great and there were alot of options for eating in the area. I had my puppies with me and I found the area close to the hotel had alot of junk / garbage on the ground .that my dogs could get into when we were out for our walks. It would have been nice to have a cleaner area. We found the beds really uncomfortable, the mattresses were not the best, but was a place to sleep. Enjoyed our stay in Vernon, the staff were very accommodating and friendly.
The location of this hotel is great. Lots of things to do around the hotel.
Always staff at the front desk there to help you out. We had to book a last minute stay here and the staff was nothing but accommodating. The front desk clerk Chaitali deserves 5 stars all the way for her ability to handle all of the chaos in a friendly and quick manner. 10 out of 10 would recommend this hotel
It was close to everything you need , not far from the Vernon splash park 8 min away 12 min away from kalamaka lake , tons of restaurants and grocery stores in the area ! The motel is great value if you don’t want to spend money on accommodations but spend more on the fun. It’s clean a bit older but well kept . New owner doing a great job trying to slowly update it to be even better!
Room was clean and spacious, compared to most hotels. Comfortable temperature, usually I find hotel rooms too warm, comfy beds. Pool and especially water slide were a hit with the teens and breakfast was well stocked and not crowded. I would definitely stay here again.
The suite was spacious and bright. It was like having your own apartment. The Kitchen had a stove, a good size refrigerator and a dishwasher. Although the location is just a bit our of Vernon it takes only 10 minutes to get to all you need.
While being very close to Vernon the Country Cottage has a peaceful,bucolic feel to it. It’s likely due to the beautiful view of the ranch and grasslands behind the patio. The hosts are gracious and friendly and the breakfast was wonderful.
We like cleanses, very quiet place & super friendly cat and dogs welcomed us, lastly the breakfast was delicious. Thank you for taking care of us. We definitely stay again if we head to Vernon area without hesitation.
