Downtown is great and full of nice places to eat and there is a great walk down by the waterfront.
Traffic is heavy all of the time and parking is a nightmare downtown so give yourself more time then you need to avoid frustration.
We had a great lunch by the waterfront and a nice walk. There is a great ice cream shop opposite the lake too.
Avoid the QEW and use the 407 to get in and out of Burlington too!

Burlington has a great bus service, with a lots of shopping close by.
There is a train to Toronto. Downtown is nice. Also it is close to Hamilton, The Royal Botanical Gardens and restaurants by Lake Ontario.
I liked Burlington Waterfront and the art displays. Had lunch at Barangas On the Beach, there is inside and outside dining.
It was also close to Niagara on the Lake.

The cleaning of my room & the towels were hard & they had not informed me no cleaning staff on my stay even though I booked a month ahead. I loved the beds very comfortable, the front desk staff were amazing. Love the location & that there were so many fine dinning restaurants in Burlington & shopping was great. The waterfront & lights downtown & shops we loved. It was a great time of year to visit & would come again to Burlington other times of the year.

Only booked for one night and was pleased with the location, and the room had a great view, but was disappointed with laundry services. Maybe people do not use the way I do but coming off the road, feeling tired and dirty, it is lovely to get clean and get your clothes cleaned, especially if you are an out of town guest. There were a few out of towners as we all tended to park together, From Quebec, Michigan and myself from New Brunswick.

Extremely courteous and helpful staff Day and night!
Extremely courteous and helpful staff Day and night! Beds and rooms very comfortable. Refrigerator in the room was helpful and worked well. The room temperature was also very comfortable and our view was lovely over the water. I didn’t realize that there was an extra parking/day fee charged— so be aware of that if you’re driving.
room was good location within the hotel and big enough for our needs. For breakfast I would have appreciated an option of toast. The small muffins and croissants provided were not attractive. I had to ask at the front desk about parking when the hotel area was full on Saturday night. Parking garage option was good but we could have been advised of this in advance. Elevators to the room floor were always quickly available and reliable.
The best Hotel we've been in Canada. The staff is out of this world. Best people ever. They're friendly and very kind people.
The breakfast is perfect, the rooms are very cozy and comfortable.
Its been me, husband and son and we feel like we're home.
