The hotel is quirky and fun and in a great location. We received a very warm welcome. The whole team was really friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Cathy on the front desk.
Our room was very clean and comfy, with a kitchenette which was very well equipped (even though we didn't use it).
There were a couple of lovely treats (won't say more as don't want to spoil the surprise for future guests). The barr was also great, and the self-service laundry facilities were a real bonus for us.
With Quebec old town literally on the doorstop, there was a great choice of cafes and restaurants.

Very nice hotel in the middle of Old Quebec with all the nice boutiques. There's a room with a private jacuzzi too that you probably won't find elsewhere in Quebec city.
The rooms are very clean and they provide you with enough toiletries too. Ask the receptionist if you're looking for a free bottle of water.

Location wise, it's close to Centre Videotron. It's in a domicile neighbourhood so you don't hear any highways are nothing like that. There's a bad injected to the hotel. The thing that stands out the most is the staff, they are super friendly and service-oriented. The bed linens and towels were clean. The room itself was functional and the a/c worked.
