the location was very centrally located and walkable. The staff was outstanding---very willing to assist in any way--making recommendations for restaurants, tours, call a cab for us. Culdnt have been happier with our choice to stay at the L'Hermitage. Would definitely return if in Vancouver again.

The staff were so welcoming! We were greeted with such friendliness and warmth. Our room was ready early which was a treat. The room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, the location was excellent. I can’t say enough about this property!

Steps away from BC Place. Clean modern facility. Our room had a balcony with table and chairs as well and we enjoyed sitting out there and enjoying the sun.
I liked how close it was to BC Place and the location in general! The inside of the hotel was fantastic! The restaurants were great. The rooms were spacious and clean.
The location is great. Within easy walking distance of lots of restaurants, and BC Place is just a couple of minutes walk away. The rooms are very basic, very. The bathroom is dorm-like.
Well decorated hotel & rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great and across the street from BC Place! Easy walk to either Yorktown, Gastown and Chinatown. Frankie’s Italian restaurant had great drinks and food. We had a great time next door at Frankie’s Jazz Bar.
Great location for attending events at BC Place / Rogers Arena. Enjoyed having a full kitchen and Nestors Market, a grocery store, is across the street.
