The location is good, it is what prompted us to book a stay. There is enough parking space. The view is mainly the woods, however, incredibly pleasant. The breakfast was good.

Everything about the family run hotel was quite exceptional. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
The surroundings are lovely in a very quiet location. I had view of mountains from my room.
The hotel is near hiking paths for those interested in out doors.
Public transport is available but not convenient. However it is quite close to Sofia and so taxi is affordable.
The hosts look after you and provide all the help.
I would definitely go back to stay at Zdaverts, next time I visit Sofia.

The hotel is new and very well situated on one highway. This is a niche segment of market, for those being in transit on the road, so in average they spend one night only. From this point of view, it is really excellent choice. The staff I met, the owner as I understood, was extremely polite, friendly and helpful, very nice person.
The hotel is very nicely decorated, with a lot of taste, good quality items. The rooms are very spacious, much above known standards.
